We onboard and verify suppliers to ensure quality, compliance, and category fit. Once approved, you gain access to TraderSqr’s retailer network without building local sales or distribution infrastructure.
Your products are listed on TraderSqr with agreed pricing, availability, and trade terms. TraderSqr becomes the single point of contact for retailers — you do not manage individual buyers.
Retailers place orders through TraderSqr. Depending on the product and agreed trade setup, orders are fulfilled either through direct supplier fulfilment (drop-ship model) or from TraderSqr-managed local inventory (pre-stock model).
TraderSqr settles payments to you in your preferred currency. We manage FX, collections, and reconciliation so you get paid without friction or exposure to local market risk.
TraderSqr acts as the payment intermediary for all transactions on the platform. Retailers pay TraderSqr directly into a secure escrow account, and once payment is confirmed the order is fully funded and secured for the supplier.
Retailers place orders and pay immediately into TraderSqr’s secure global escrow account.
The payment appears in the supplier dashboard as a confirmed ledger balance.
The supplier prepares the order and ships it to the TraderSqr warehouse or designated logistics partner.
TraderSqr coordinates customs clearance, logistics, and last-mile delivery to the retailer.
Once the retailer confirms delivery, suppliers can withdraw funds within 2 working days.
